Pricing

One product. One price behind it,
banded by fund size.

Everything in Nyx Fund ships at every band — nothing itemised, nothing gated. The price rises only when your fund grows, only at renewal, never mid-term. No usage surcharges, no true-ups.

Double-entry general ledger with a full chart of accounts
Deterministic NAV, reproducible from source data
Per-series and per-investor high-water marks, with performance-fee crystallisation
LP reporting and statement generation
Investor portal with document distribution
Append-only audit log covering every ledger mutation
Tax lot tracking
Maker-checker approval workflow
Exchange, chain, and broker connectivity across the full supported set, plus manual booking for any other asset
The bands

Three bands. One number each.

Band I
Under $25M AUM
$2,500 / month
Band II
$25M – $100M AUM
$4,000 / month
Band III
Above $100M AUM
Negotiated · from $6,000 / month

AUM confidential, or a poor fit for your structure — a managed account, or a deliberately capacity-constrained fund? Bands fall back to investor count instead: under 15 investors is Band I, 15–50 is Band II, above 50 is Band III. One metric per contract, fixed for the term.

Implementation

$3,500 once, not monthly.

A one-off fee, payable on signature of the annual agreement, that covers the real work of moving your book of record onto Nyx:

Historical data migration and opening-balance construction
Chart of accounts configured to your fund's own structure
Fee terms encoded from your LPA or PPM — management fee, performance fee, hurdle, high-water mark basis, series or equalisation method
Venue and wallet connection setup
Your first month-end close, run jointly with your operations lead
One reconciliation against your incoming administrator or prior system

Deferrable to the end of a paid parallel-run pilot — payable on conversion to the annual agreement, never waived.

No free trialSTAGE 2 OF 4

A paid pilot, refundable if it doesn’t hold up.

Keep your existing administrator — their NAV stays the official NAV throughout. Nyx runs alongside for three consecutive month-end closes, billed at your full band rate, and reconciles against their numbers across four gates. If two of three months don’t clear gates 1–3, every pilot fee is refunded in full — not credited, not extended. There is no auto-conversion: moving to the annual agreement takes your signature.

01Completeness

Every position, transaction, and transfer matches the administrator's report. Binary — must be 100%.

02Ledger accuracy

Nyx NAV re-run on the administrator's own price marks, compared to their total NAV. Tolerance: 5bps of gross asset value.

03Per-investor allocation

Capital accounts, high-water marks, and performance-fee accruals agree per investor. Tolerance: 5bps or $1, whichever is greater.

04Pricing methodology delta

Every difference between Nyx and administrator marks, documented with source and timestamp. Not scored — a deliverable.

The contract

This does more credibility work than the price.

Questions

Pricing, answered.

How much does Nyx Fund cost, and how does that compare to a fund administrator?

Nyx Fund is banded by fund AUM — $2,500/month under $25M, $4,000/month from $25M to $100M, and negotiated (from $6,000/month) above $100M — plus a $3,500 one-time implementation fee, with a 10% discount for annual prepayment the only discount offered. Billed by invoice, net 30, via bank transfer — no card checkout and no self-serve signup. No per-seat fees and every feature is included at every band — the ledger, risk desk, reports, and compliance tools are not separate add-ons. Your price never changes mid-term; re-banding happens only at the 12-month renewal, using your fund's own reported AUM. For context, a comparable fund's operating stack — a finance hire, a fund administrator with a $25K–$60K annual minimum, and a compliance advisor — runs over $300,000 a year. Nyx does not displace the administrator, who remains your official book of record; it compresses the internal tooling and month-end workload built around them.

What is "shadow accounting," and does Nyx Fund replace my fund administrator?

No. Nyx Fund runs a genuine double-entry ledger — append-only, balanced, audit-traceable — that reconciles against your exchange and wallet data in real time. It is a shadow book that sits alongside your official administrator, not a replacement for one. The value is that you (and your LPs) get an institutional-grade, always-current NAV and audit trail between the administrator's periodic statements, and a second set of numbers to catch discrepancies early.

Can I try Nyx Fund before paying?

Nyx Fund does not offer a free trial. Instead, it offers a paid parallel-run pilot — Nyx runs alongside your existing fund administrator for three month-end closes, and you get a full refund if it doesn't reconcile. The pilot runs for three consecutive month-end closes at your band's normal monthly rate, and the $3,500 implementation fee is deferred until you convert to the annual agreement, not waived.
